FLAT FEE PROJECTS

For flat-fee Projects of $5,000 or less, full payment in advance is required. For flat-fee projects, more than $5,000, a 50% deposit is required to start work, with the other half due prior to the release of the final work product.

Grant Writing

Flat fees for most grant writing assignments range from $5,000 – $10,000, depending on the complexity of the proposal and the length of time we have to complete the assignment. Our hourly rate is $200 per hour.

Grant Research & Prospecting

Customized grant prospecting and research are available for any project concept. This may include keyword searches of databases of federal grant programs and 50,000 foundation/corporate giving sources, along with phone calls and internet research of state and local government sources. The fee usually ranges from $2,500 – $5,000 based on the project concept and scope of the search with a final Research & Prospect Report delivered to the client for ongoing grant fundraising efforts.

RETAINER AGREEMENT

In the case of Retainer Agreements, a mutually agreed upon not-to-exceed amount is set to complete an assignment or provide ongoing technical assistance. There is a $10,000 minimum. A 50% deposit is required and hours used are tracked at our hourly rate, discounted by 20% ($200 per hour). The balance of the not-to-exceed amount is billed when the initial deposit is substantially used.
